Jordan is a young and innovative choreographer/studio owner known for his technical style that blends jazz, lyrical, and contemporary rooted in a strong foundation of dance education. His unique approach has made him a standout and a mentor to dancers across the country.

He has worked with some of the most sought-after choreographers, including Shannon Mather, Jamie Donovan, Patrice Barakat, Brooke Pierotti, and Rebecca Hart. Jordan’s training also includes mentorship from top professionals at a nationally ranked studio in the Bay Area.

Many of his students have gone on to perform professionally and are attending prestigious dance programs at universities such as Chapman and UCLA. His dancers have assisted at national conventions, performed on cruise ships, and earned recognition for their excellence.

Jordan has been honored with numerous choreography awards at both regional and national levels. His work has received acclaim for its creativity, musicality, and emotional impact, earning overall titles, national championships, and seasonal distinctions.

Beyond the studio, Jordan is a seasoned competition judge and frequently travels nationwide to choreograph for top studios. He brings passion, precision, and a love for dance to every class and he’s excited to continue inspiring the next generation of dancers.

Izzie began her dance training at the age of three in Ballet and Tap. After several years in recreational classes, she continued her education at a prominent dance school, training in Ballet, Tap, and Modern, and later joined a pre professional division where she began Pointe work. In high school, she was selected for the Rocklin High School Dance Team and expanded her training at a competitive studio in Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, and Hip Hop.

Izzie currently serves as a VAPA Performing Arts Assistant at Oakmont High School, where she choreographs for productions and supports dancers in developing their technical foundation and artistry. She is also the Head Coach of Oakmont’s Dance Team, overseeing both the artistic direction and program management. Izzie is pursuing a degree in Communication Studies at Sacramento State.

Averey Riseman began dancing at the age of six and has continued to grow her passion for the art form ever since. She is a graduate of the CLI Conservatory under the direction of Teddy Forance, where she trained with renowned industry professionals including Brian Friedman, Sienna Lyons, Blake McGrath, and Kathryn McCormick. Her training spans contemporary, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, ballet, tap, and ballroom.

She also spent a year traveling nationwide as an assistant with a dance convention, where she developed a strong passion for teaching. Averey is currently performing professionally with Royal Caribbean International and continues to pursue growth, versatility, and artistic exploration in her career.

Principal dancer, ballet master, and choreographer Theodore Constant has held distinguished leadership positions internationally, including Artistic Adviser to the National Ballet Theatre in Romania, Artistic Director of the Cologne Dance Academy in Germany and OSC Dance Company in Canada, Ballet Director of the Northern California Dance Conservatory in the United States, and Ballet Master at the Ballet Academy of the Vienna State Opera in Austria.

Born in Bucharest, Romania, Mr. Constant trained at the École Supérieure de Ballet du Québec and Canada’s National Ballet School. He began his professional career with Les Grands Ballets Canadiens and went on to perform as a principal dancer with leading European opera ballet companies, touring internationally across Europe, Asia, and North America. Throughout his career, he collaborated with celebrated choreographers including Maurice Béjart and William Forsythe.

Mr. Constant is the Founder and Artistic Director of Theodore Constant Dance Academy and the International Ballet Festival USA. An internationally sought after master teacher, juror, and coach, his students have earned top honors at major competitions and joined prestigious companies worldwide, including The Royal Ballet and San Francisco Ballet. His work and career have been featured in prominent international dance publications.

Nate Davies is the founder of Flippin’ Dance Acrobatics, an online acro training platform built specifically for dancers and dance studios. A former National Champion in Acrobatic Gymnastics and former member of the USA National Team, Nate brings a high-level understanding of acrobatics, body mechanics, and skill progression to the dance world.

With years of experience coaching acrobatics and tumbling, he has helped hundreds of athletes safely progress through complex skills by focusing on proper technique, structured progressions, and the strength and flexibility required for long-term success.

Nate is also the director at Flip & Twist, where he mentors athletes and coaches while developing systems that prioritize safety, skill mastery, and athlete confidence.

Through in person coaching and Flippin’ Dance Acrobatics, Nate provides structured skill breakdowns, drills, and coaching insights designed to help dancers, coaches, and parents understand how real acro progress is built.
